Selected entities use read-only CSV exports under data/intelligence/ or a live internal posture adapter (HTTP when ARQEN_INTELLIGENCE_LIVE_POSTURE_URL is set, otherwise a deterministic mock). Observed rows are typically LIVE or DELAYED. Remaining rows are REFERENCE seeded baselines. Missing file / failed live fetch triggers an explicit reference fallback (labeled in source + trust notes). The strip above summarizes mixed connector coverage, provenance mix, rolled-up Layer-1 reliability, operational impact, and compact risk attention / surveillance counts (no extra table columns). Metric polarity: positive / negative / neutral (Δ coloring).
