Effective date: May 15, 2026. This notice applies to the ARQEN public website and public contact forms. It may be supplemented by separate pilot, subscription, enterprise, production data-processing agreement, or other data-processing terms.
Who operates this site
ARQEN operates this public website for product information, documentation, security review, and pilot inquiries. Product or pilot data may be governed by separate pilot, subscription, data-processing, or enterprise agreements.
Information you may provide
If you contact ARQEN, we may collect the name, email address, organization, role, message text, and quality-system context you choose to submit. Do not submit live regulated production records, controlled evidence files, export-controlled data, protected health information, or confidential customer quality records through public website forms.
Website and analytics data
The public site does not currently wire a marketing analytics pixel or custom cookie-consent workflow in source. Hosting, security, and contact-form systems may still process basic technical information such as request logs, browser/device information, referring pages, approximate region, and form-submission metadata so the site can operate, detect abuse, and improve public content.
How contact messages are used
Contact messages are used to respond to inquiries, qualify pilot fit, schedule walkthroughs, discuss security or deployment needs, and maintain business records related to the inquiry.
No sale of personal information
ARQEN does not sell personal information submitted through this public website. If future marketing or analytics vendors are used, they should be reviewed for appropriate data handling and configured consistently with this notice.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards for website and contact-form data, but public website forms are not controlled evidence storage and are not intended for regulated production records. Contact inquiries may be retained while the business relationship, security review, or pilot discussion remains active, and then retained or deleted according to business and legal needs.
Demo and pilot boundary
Public demo, walkthrough, and documentation content may include sample quality records and source-basis examples. This is the current demo/local privacy boundary. Evidence references are metadata only and are not controlled evidence storage. These are not production records, controlled evidence files, immutable audit logs, certified reports, or final controlled-copy releases.
