Who operates this site
ARQEN operates this public website for product information, documentation, security review, and customer inquiries. Customer workspace data is governed by the applicable subscription, data-processing, security, or enterprise agreements.
Information you may provide
If you contact ARQEN, we may collect the name, email address, organization, role, message text, and quality-system context you choose to submit. Do not submit live regulated production records, controlled evidence files, export-controlled data, protected health information, or confidential customer quality records through public website forms.
Website and analytics data
The public site does not currently wire a marketing analytics pixel or custom cookie-consent workflow in source. Hosting, security, and contact-form systems may still process basic technical information such as request logs, browser/device information, referring pages, approximate region, and form-submission metadata so the site can operate, detect abuse, and improve public content.
How contact messages are used
Contact messages are used to respond to inquiries, understand product fit, schedule walkthroughs, discuss security or deployment needs, and maintain business records related to the inquiry.
No sale of personal information
ARQEN does not sell personal information submitted through this public website. If future marketing or analytics vendors are used, they should be reviewed for appropriate data handling and configured consistently with this notice.
