Effective date: May 15, 2026. These terms are intended for the ARQEN public website and may be supplemented by separate subscription, enterprise, security, privacy, or data-processing agreements.
Website use
The ARQEN public website provides product information, documentation, walkthrough material, security information, and contact paths. Website content is informational and may change as the product and commercial offerings evolve.
Demo and workspace access
Demo, evaluation, or customer workspace access may be subject to separate written terms. Sample workspaces should not be used for live regulated operations, and customer operation is governed by the applicable subscription, deployment, security, and service agreements.
No compliance or legal advice
Do not rely on local review summaries, product descriptions, source-basis examples, review summaries, or advisory AI language as legal, regulatory, certification, customer, or compliance advice. Customers remain responsible for their quality system, regulatory obligations, customer requirements, and approval decisions.
Customer environment
Security, access, retention, integration, recovery, evidence, signature, reporting, and release requirements depend on the contracted customer environment and documented implementation scope. Product descriptions do not supersede those agreements or a customer's own validation and approval process.
Intellectual property
The ARQEN name, product design, website content, documentation, graphics, and related materials are owned by ARQEN or its licensors. You may view the website for evaluation and business inquiry purposes, but may not copy, resell, or misrepresent ARQEN materials without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or contact forms to submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload confidential regulated production evidence, or misrepresent your identity or organization.
Future commercial terms
The public website is provided as-is for informational and evaluation purposes. To the extent permitted by law, ARQEN disclaims warranties related to website availability, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliance on public content. Commercial obligations, service levels, and liability terms are handled in separate agreements.
