Terms of Use
Effective date: May 15, 2026. These terms are intended for the ARQEN public website and may be supplemented by separate pilot, subscription, enterprise, security, privacy, or data-processing agreements.
Website use
The ARQEN public website provides product information, documentation, walkthrough material, security posture information, and contact paths. Website content is informational and may change as the product, pilot program, and commercial agreements mature.
Pilot and demo access
Any pilot, demo, or workspace access may be subject to separate written terms. ARQEN is currently presented publicly as a demo/local pilot-ready Quality Operating System prototype. Public walkthroughs and demo/local surfaces are not a production quality system and should not be used for live regulated operations unless a production agreement and required controls are in place.
No compliance or legal advice
Do not rely on demo/local summaries, product descriptions, source-basis examples, review summaries, or advisory AI language as legal, regulatory, certification, customer, or compliance advice. Customers remain responsible for their quality system, regulatory obligations, customer requirements, and approval decisions.
Unavailable production controls
Unless separately implemented, tested, and agreed, ARQEN does not claim production writes, durable production persistence, production authentication, tenant isolation, controlled evidence storage, immutable audit, e-signature, certified reporting, final controlled-copy release, or durable cross-module links.
Intellectual property
The ARQEN name, product design, website content, documentation, graphics, and related materials are owned by ARQEN or its licensors. You may view the website for evaluation and business inquiry purposes, but may not copy, resell, or misrepresent ARQEN materials without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or contact forms to submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload confidential regulated production evidence, or misrepresent your identity or organization.
Future commercial terms
The public website is provided as-is for informational and pre-launch evaluation purposes. To the extent permitted by law, ARQEN disclaims warranties related to website availability, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliance on public content. Commercial obligations, service levels, and liability terms should be handled in separate agreements.
