Evidence Model
ARQEN is evidence-first: every meaningful signal should explain its source basis or clearly state that source context is unavailable. Evidence is useful only when its identity, revision, relationship, and intended use are clear to the accountable reviewer.
Evidence reference
Metadata that points to a certificate, inspection result, traveler, document, supplier record, or external context. A reference can exist without uploading a controlled file.
Source basis
The record, lifecycle state, owner, due date, gate result, and rationale that explain why a quality signal matters.
Evidence integrity
Workspace-scoped storage, content verification, scan history, release controls, retention context, and event history help reviewers understand whether evidence is appropriate for the decision at hand.
Review summary
A source-grounded view that helps a person review the signal, supporting records, exceptions, and required action. The reviewer remains responsible for confirming fitness for use.
